Dear host family,
Hi, my name is Eri. I’m from Kumamoto, Japan. I came to here to study English. I like English, and I want to learn it well. I’m a college student, or KGU. I enjoy it so much. I belong to the E.S.S, and we have speech contest twice a year. We are going to hold it this month. I’m looking forward to it. Next, I’ll write about my hobby and favorite things. I like to cook very much. I cook every day because I’m living alone. I have seldom cooked until I begin live alone, but now I often cook lunch and dinner. Also, I like animals. I especially like dogs and cats. When I see them, I usually approach them. I really want to have a dog or cat as a pet, but I can’t have one because my home is an apartment. Finally, I would like to introduce you to my family. There are four people in my family. I have a younger sister who is 16 years old. She is a high school student. My father works at a funeral hall for thirty years. I’m proud of him. My mother her has own shop. I some times help her. We are getting along with each other. I love them. I’m really looking forward to meet you! I want to speak English well. I also want to learn custom and culture of your country. Then I’m going to tell about them of Japanese. See you!
